Resolved: Don’t Buy Della Product – Customer Service is ‘BAD’

Update by user Jul 12, 2018 Talked to a great person (Hector) today, at One Big Product who sells or distribute the Della Product. He worked quickly to resolve my issue. Customer Service make a big difference when the person you talk to, have a GREAT attitude and a willingness to be a positive light for the company but also to the customer. I consider this matter closed and resolved.... Original review posted by user Jul 02, 2018 I purchased a Della Ice Maker back in December 2017, quit working in May 2018 contacted Customer service June 1, 2018, got a reply from Kim R. She asked for information that I had supplied in my email, but also tracking, because it was in December that I purchase the Ice Maker, I didn't have the shipping, I kept explaining it to no avail, but thank good they I purchased it from sent me the tracking. On June 14, 2018 I got an email from Kim R. that they would refund my money because they didn't have an equivalent to the item I purchased...in my reply, I sent her my paypal email address just in case they could pay through paypal, and my mailing address in case they need to send a check. I got an Email from Kim R., asking me for the information I had sent on June 14, at that point I felt they were just brushing me off hoping I would go away. Next day, I got an email from Kim R., stating that they had found a replacement, I replied asking was the ice maker the same specs as the one I purchase, On June 18, 2018 Kim R., replied yes it was, my reply was send - I felt this was finally resolved. When I got home on June 22, 2018 and Ice maker had been delivered.....Next issue, the Ice Maker I had purchase would produce 48lbs in 24 hours, they sent a smaller model that produce 26lbs in 24 hours. On June 23, I sent an email, explaining and hoping this was an "honest mistake", today is July 2, 2018 and I have not heard from them. I have tried calling but no one will ever answer the phone...Just a bad company to purchase, just a bad experience.. Because of this poor customer service, I would recommend that NO ONE purchase from this company
