Resolved: DO NOT USE/CALL THESE PEOPLE.

Update by user Dec 22, 2019 This issue has not been resolved. Box Office Ticket Sales may think it has been concluded. However, my bank is investigating. I've talked to several reps at Box Office Ticket Sales; I do not need to talk to any rep again. Original review posted by user Dec 22, 2019 2 TICKETS WERE PURCHASED FOR THE DALLAS SUMMER MUSICALS 10/21/19, FOR $798.00 + FOR 11/27. MY 16-YEAR-OLD GRANDDAUGHTER WAS COMING FROM TAMPA, FL TO VISIT ME IN DALLAS, TX. FOR THANKSGIVING AND ASKED IF WE COULD GO. BEING 81 AND KNOWING IT WOULD PROBABLY BE THE ONLY CHANCE I'D HAVE TO TAKE HER, I LOOKED ON THE WEB AND FOUND THE BOX OFFICE TICKET SALES NUMBER AND CALLED FOR TICKETS . THE CO REP SAID THE TICKETS WOULD BE SENT VIA EMAIL AND NOT TO PRINT THEM; THEY HAD TO BE ON MY CELL PHONE. SINCE I DO NOT HAVE EMAIL ON MY PHONE, AND NOT KNOWING I COULD GET THEM ON MY PHONE WITHOUT EMAIL, MY COMPUTER SPECIALIST/TRAINER HUSBAND SAID HE COULD PUT THEM ON MY PHONE SO HE TOOK A PICTURE ON MY PHONE. WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE THEATER, I WAS TOLD THE TICKETS WERE NOT GOOD ($800.00) AND WAS SENT TO THE TICKET OFFICE FOR 2 MORE TICKETS. UNFORTUNATELY, I USED MY DEBIT CARD BECAUSE I DO NOT USE CREDIT CARDS. AFTER THANKSGIVING, I CALLED AND COMPLAINED AND TALKED TO SEVERAL REPS WHO WERE VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING TO ME. THEY SAID I DIDN'T FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS; THEREFORE, THEY WERE NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY. I CONTACTED MY BANK; THEY ARE STILL INVESTIGATING. THIS COMPANY IS MORE EXPENSIVE; IT CHARGES MORE BECAUSE IT IS LIKE A BROKER. I LEARNED A HARD LESSON....USE A CREDIT CARD AND BUY TICKETS DIRECTLY FROM THE THEATER.
