Update by user Oct 22, 2019 After I posted this complaint an actual phone number for help came up....why is that not available on the website? I truly suggest to Acuvue that they simply lower the price by $50 instead of working us to death for $100! Still not worth an hour of my day and all the aggravation, but it is being made right. Original review posted by user Oct 22, 2019 The rewards is a HUGE hassle! First they turned us down when I clearly bought an entire years worth from the doctors office and sent ALL required docs. Then I got the dr. office involved and the acuview rep and finally they sent me an email saying it was approved and that I would get another email where I could choose digital or actual card version. Was never given actual card choice. So then I tried to do it online - HAHA - YOU GOT ME! I spent 45 minutes trying to get that to work. You are redirected, told to enter 16 digit code when they sent 14 digit token. Try to go direct to the visa and it had all prepaid info except my phone number filled out. Would not let me add my phone number so when I just clicked next, it said Oops, there is a problem, you need the phone number...but again, won't let me add. No number to call for help...the number on the redirected site keeps going in circles asking for a 16 digit code - I DID NOT GET A 16 DIGIT CODE. When I emailed for help I get back an email that says they will get back to me in 3 days. NEVER AGAIN! I plan to insist in the future that my Dr. give me the prescription to fill myself and it WILL NOT be acuview brand! Anything but! Sad because product is not bad, just the company that sells it and overcharges so they can pretend they are going to send some back!
