Update by user Feb 27, 2020 I called the Corporate Headquarters and explained my problem. They called me back a short time later and resolved the issue. Original review posted by user Feb 24, 2020 I purchased a buy a year membership get another membership for free on line by January 31, 2020. I purchased it on January 31st. No where did it ask me to register that person or tell me that I had to bring the person in by that day to get the free membership. So today I brought my son it to sign him up for his free membership and was told I could not because I didn't do it by the 31st of January. I would not of purchased the membership if I wasn't taking advantage of the great deal. There are many gyms around and I certainly could get a deal somewhere else.
