Resolved: Dishonesty at it’s worst

Update by user Jun 21, 2018 I am thankful that I was given a full refund from them. Thank you very much. Original review posted by user Jun 21, 2018 I ordered an iPad case for my husband at 2:47 pm. At 3:07 PM I emailed the company, as this is the only way to contact them to cancel the order. At 3:19 pm they responded by asking me for the order number. I’m not sure why they couldn’t look this up themselves as they had my email address and my name. I responded immediately giving them the order number. I got no response and responded again. I did not get a response that time either. The following day I got an email stating sorry the case had already shipped. I was outraged and emailed them back asking for the tracking number if it had actually shipped. I never got a response. Four days later I got an email with the tracking number showing it had just shipped. I’m very upset that a company can be this dishonest over a $26 order. If a company can lie to a customer in order to keep $26 how honest can they really be? Do you really want to do business with a company that is this dishonest?
