Update by user Sep 04, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user Sep 04, 2020 I ordered $225 worth of food from Omaha Steaks, I'm a first time customer. I expected the same service as other food companies. Instead, the food was to be delivered via Fed Express last Wednesday. It got changed to Thursday. Today is Friday, still no food. It is over 100 degrees here and the food has sat at Fed Express for 3 days. If it ever gets here it is going to be no good. The customer service rep said Fed Express is having problems delivering things. I would think a major food company would go with another delivery carrier when they know food on dry ice is not getting delivered. User's recommendation: Don't buy from Omaha Steaks. You may not get the food and then have no food and have to go grocery shopping, lots of hassle and days of delays.
