Update by user Dec 23, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Picked up bed. Had to wait two weeks. Delivery service was professional. Not a upper end bed.. It is sold in three firmnesses, soft plush, medium firm and firm. I bought soft plush. I sleep in many hotels and my old mattress was plush. I know what plush is.This bed was hard as a rock. Not plush. Also the color, materials and quality of stitching and construction of bed were different than the online photo used to sell the bed. The online photo showed clean white and a thick soft second layer. What I got was yellowed material, a thinner top, uneven stitching and uneven bed. They say they will take it back, but I have to pay $99 to the shipper AND the shipper won't call me to arrange a date for pickup for two weeks.
