Update by user Nov 19, 2019 The money was transferred back into my checking account. Original review posted by user Nov 14, 2019 I discontinued Tufts Medicare health plan 11/5/2019, Rep told me bank electronically payment for 11/15/2019 would automatically be stopped in 11/5/2019, and discontinuation letter would be sent. On 11/13/2019 Tufts took $114 via EFT, and sent a letter that insurance increased to $124, I saw my PCP only twice this year, no other medical visits. Had a $158 deductible payment this year. They refuse to transfer money back to my account. Large corporation like this needs to be investigated, neither do they pay radiologist to read mammograms or for routine bloodwork.
