Update by user May 30, 2019 Once I was able to contact the company via email, they in fact did prove to be legitimate and even offered a refund. After discussing the matter with one of their representatives, I was better able to understand how their services work. I found the rep. to be respectful and genuinely caring about why I felt dissatisfied with the service and was offered to return back to the site for future breakthroughs in their services.
