Resolved: Complaint excessive mfg dates

5

Update by user May 20, 2019 Discussed With management. I was told that it is Tire Kingdom policy and common practice is to keep new tires in stock up to five years past their manufacturer date indicated on the side wall of the tire. Recommend buyer have store show you the date prior to installation. In my case I dropped the truck off and was not present during installation. Original review posted by user May 20, 2019 I bought 6 bf Goodrich 235/85R16 tires for my one ton Dodge truck at the Tire Kingdom at 3550 S Washington Ave, Titusville FL 32780. I specified I did not want tires installed on my truck with MFG dates in the excess of one year. Not only did all the tires dates exceed 1 year some had MFG dates in excess of two years. I use my truck for heavy applications and I did not want old tires for installed already two years into their shelf life. I want the tires replaced with newer MFG dates. I have been buying tires from Tire Kingdom for over 30 years. CWO4 Alvin H*** USN (ret) *** Hillcrest Ave Titusville Fl 32796 321-747-****
