Resolved: Company shipped product to wrong address

Update by user Apr 23, 2020 Thanks to Fedex the package is being pick up and taking to the correct address. The customer already paid for shipping so she didn’t have to pay for shipping again. The owner of the store was absolutely no help and could care less if his products got to the right address. Since he claims I “excepted” it. FedEx seen it in a different way and take care of it. You can't even get the address of the person your shipping it to right? You can even take care of your mistake? You except a disabled 64 year old women to ship your mistake for you? You say well she excepted it. I am a 64 year old disable female that is not responsible for you mistake. Fedex would have dropped it off if I was outside or not. Don't buy from this company.
