Original review posted by user Jun 29, 2018 I have called several times since fall of 2017, to get SS to send me a copy of my earned work credits so far on my work record, to no avail. I have called, called and called and always speak with a guy named Bret, (suppose to be supervisor), (laurel, Mississippi Office), and other people who answer the phone(they don't give their names). The last letters I got was two letters about two weeks ago, that stated the same thing and had nothing to do with earned work credits. What do I have to do to get Social Security to send me copies of the earned work credits record thus far of my work record? I pay taxes and contribute to their salaries there, they work for me, I don't work for them? I have tried to be nice and polite, to no avail? What seems to be the problem? Each time I have spoke to them in the past, they tell me "they will mail me a copy of my work credits", but they always mail me something that has nothing to do with earned work credits, why is that?
