In addition, I was able to gain access to my account!Thank you! Original review posted by user Nov 16, 2020 Dear Bluebird, It has been well over a year since I have not been able to access my online Bluebird account! This is a security risk that requires immediate action. What if consumers could no longer view their transactions, card balance and other activity? They would be at risk of someone gaining unauthorized access to their card or that a company overcharged them, etc. Without the ability to login to https://www.bluebird.com, consumers would not know if their card was compromised, overcharged, etc. I recommend that Bluebird send a notice to consumers who have not logged in to their account within the past 30 days. If, for some reason, a business billed me an extra amount, someone had unauthorized access to my card, etc., I would not know until well after the fact. Also, I cannot freeze my AMEX Card if the latter would ever to occur. I take this matter very seriously. Please help! Sincerely, Ryan Robison
