Original review posted by user Jun 24, 2020 My husband Samuel Cole is hospitalzied with blood cancer and not able to make the call to this company. I was told that i could not cancel it because my name is not on the contract. He wants this cancelled. I have a Durable Power of Attorney and i am requesting this contract be cancelled. User's recommendation: This company has terrible customer service. I have not received any response.
