Update by user Mar 20, 2018 Customer service quickly responded, after writing of the original post and via email, that they would issue a full refund. I am glad to have had the issue resolved, but if I were to use their service again I would have to monitor their transactions like a hawk for costly mistakes. Original review posted by user Mar 20, 2018 I recently booked a hotel trip through bringfido.com, received a single confirmation email confirming my single-room one night stay, but noticed later that I was charged twice for the room. After speaking with customer service, it was explained to me that it was indeed and "error on [their] end", and that they had booked two rooms with the hotel. The representative could not explain how the error might have been made, and could not assure me that I would receive a refund despite their admitting fault. I was told not to hold on the line and to wait for a follow-up email, at an undisclosed time, to see if billing could "get the hotel" to refund me the money. I find it hard to believe that a company can clearly admit fault but make a minimal effort to try and correct their mistakes. I will likely never use bringfido again, and I encourage others to book through direct means or a more professional service.
