Resolved: Billing issue

I went to BUCS on Pima/87th in 1/2020. Apparently they never billed my medical insurance and now 18 months later, are sending me a link via text to my phone, stating I need to pay. I will not ever click on a link. You have my physical residence address. Send me a detailed bill, outline what was charged, what was billed to my insurance, and what they paid.
