Update by user Feb 05, 2020 After argument with Jeff's Customer Service and after a report to Mastercard. Cash refund of $249 to my credit card. I am happy that it was resolved. Thank you Jeff. Original review posted by user Dec 12, 2019 got to their website and see abusive terms and conditions, no refund to your credit card, only gives you a credit. you accept to abandon all your rights. you cannot call, cannot email or find Jeff Clark .....hiding??? ... why??? very bad ..... Delta service is no recommendation sent by email ..... lot of bad options .....
