Update by user Dec 21, 2019 I received a reply the day of the post and, while it took a few days and a few people, it was resolved and I am satisfied with the result! Hopefully, Customer service will be more responsive in the future. Original review posted by user Nov 21, 2019 I ordered several instrument inserts. All were fine except the hygrometer which did not have the adjustment screw on the back side. Similar experience as others, no word from customer service. Finally, got a live person who said she would send a replacement and would ensure the unit was inspected for the adj screw. Got new unit, no screw! Suspect this is a mom/pop shop with a handful of people .....at best. Will keep trying!
