Update by user Jun 07, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Sent photos of bites and bed bug debris. Sent photos if the bed bug sprays and all the mattress and pillow covers I had to buy. Also sent the tracking that proved my items were shipped from the Owasso distribution center where there has been known bed bug problems at least done 2018.. Original review posted by user May 08, 2021 Just purchased a Ralph Lauren comforter set, two linen euro shams and sheet sets. They are infested with bed bugs!!! Called Macys and they want them returned before u can get credit back. Cannot believe they want the infested items returned through the mail system. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM MACY’S.
