Update by user Sep 04, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I received a full refund from Walmart. Though it took them 30 seconds to charge my credit card, it took them 2 weeks to process the refund.. Original review posted by user Aug 05, 2020 I had an RCA Voyager 10" tablet, it lasted 3 years of heavy daily use. I thought the 7" would be just as good......WRONG!!!!! I received it, delivered to my home and turned it on. I charged it and then tried to use it. I couldn't get past the sign in screen!!! The tablet touch screen function doesn't work!!!!! I couldn't add my Google account to the tablet. I tried 3 different times on three different days......nothing!!!!! I am beyond angry........ won't be buying another one. User's recommendation: Buyer beware.
