Resolved: Bad behavior of British airways staff

Update by user May 24, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user Apr 24, 2021 My name is Pradeep chandran. British airways cancelled my booking twice and I asked for refund which they are delaying to give. They tell it will take 8 weeks to refund and I want my money to book someother airlines. The staff was very rude to me and the are reluctant to refund my money. User's recommendation: Very bad service by British airways.
