Update by user Oct 02, 2020 Cancelled Nationwide roadside assistance and purchased AAA Plus plan Update by user Sep 02, 2020 I have cancelled roadside assistance. Original review posted by user Sep 02, 2020 Waited on the side of the road for 90 minutes, then when I called for an ETA I was told it was completed. Waited another 90 minutes and the tow truck showed up. I was asked by the driver if we had a ride. We were standing on the side a Route 78 a major interstate. I said what do you mean do we have a ride? He said CDC guidelines say we cannot have passengers in the tow truck. When you called for assistance they should have told you that. Also, if you didn't have a ride they were to provide you a ride from the area that you broke down. None of that was ever mentioned to us. I wouldn't take this service if you paid me to take it. I guess you get what you pay for or less, much much less. User's recommendation: Call AAA.
