Update by user Aug 24, 2019 I made contact with one of their customer support agent and was given a credit of the full amount that was charged. Their agent was very helpful and understanding. Original review posted by user Aug 23, 2019 I took off work today so that I could speak to my "lawn pro" to tell him what I needed to be done at my house (2007 McAfee Place). He did none of the work I asked him to do and was gone in 25 minutes. It's been a total waste of my time and now I still have to pay for this! I now have to get someone else to finish the work.
