Update by user Sep 11, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Company did contact me and I supplied them with additional information. They did keep their promise what they stated they would do. It did require the company to do some research to find out the real situation and make it right. WM did lose a customer and they did me a favor, because I am now happy with the service I am now using which now saves me money.. Original review posted by user Aug 12, 2020 I have been a WM customer for 23 years in four different states and have never had a problem until my last dealing with bad service from both failed pickups and bad dealing with customer service. If I know of anyone considering using WM, I will share my experience and tell them to do some research and they might just find a much better price and better service. It is very easy to start service with WM, BUT WM WILL PUT THE SCREWS TO YOU WHEN YOU QUIT THEM. READ THE FINE PRINT ABOUT CANCELING SERVICE. Run as fast as you can from WM.
