Resolved: 2 units didn’t work

Update by user Jul 24, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Original review posted by user Jun 23, 2021 BlendJet did replace the product for the second time. They even upgraded to Blend Jet 2. I was contacted by Heather, a supervisor. User's recommendation: Buy BlendJet 2 instead of original Blend Jet.
