Resolution of my problem

I was contacted immediately and was assured that a new coffee pot was being sent by Fedex overnight. .It did arrive the very next day. I have no idea as to why they dropped the ball, but it was almost a whole month of waiting until PissedConsumer intervened . Thanks !! Cynthia Mastrogiovanni User's recommendation: Don`t give up.
