ResMed recently bought Inova Labs. My portable Life Choice Activox was serviced well and in a very timely manner by Inova Labs. Since Resmed bought Inova Labs, ResMed is not even answering the phone for customer service! I spent 4 hours total over a week trying to get through to customer service and had to press unrelated buttons to get to a human. They had no idea how to get my machine serviced in a timely way and took over a week and a half to get back to me with a list of 3 companies who might be able to do the servicing. They included incorrect names and phone numbers for these companies. When asked who ResMed is licensed by, ResMed's (Jahan S) states that this is proprietary information! He would not escalate my call to a higher level and kept trying to talk over me. Very rude and unhelpful. Too late to have our portable concentrator serviced for our trip. We never received this kind of treatment by Inova Labs.
