Reset myQ app on iPhone

I mistakenly deleted the MyQ app from my iPhone - then reinstalled it. When I enter my password it keeps telling me I have the wrong password (which is not the case since I have it written down). Anyway, twice I sent a message asking how to reset the password and have received no response. Please send instructions as to how to reset the password so I can open the app and use it.
