Reserved vehicle unavailable at scheduled pickup time

Stood in line for an hour and a half to pick up my reserved vehicle to be told that it would be one and a half to two hours before a vehicle was available. Its now been 3 and a half hours, no vehicles available from other rental companies, and the Dollar staff are still making excuses. User's recommendation: Avoid this place.
