Reserve the flight

Dear Sir or Madam, I bought ticket from Thessaloniki to Vienna to 13.07.21 (flight number: W62840). But I can't to Check-in because I paid 12 Euros more, I should to call to Wizz Air, but no-one unswered me. Please help me to solve this problem. I hope you help me as fast as possible.
