Reserve Number and Select A Plan DOES NOT WORK!

I am a potential new mobile sim only subscriber. I reserved a number on your portal and then was asked to sign up a plan. I going through the signing process and I was again asked to select a new number. But I already reserved the number! And after I unreserved the number, I went to your online process again, the number cannot be found. So the joke is your portal asked me to reserve number and select a plan and then after I reserve the number and the plan, it keeps asking me to select a new number. Your UI has design issue.
