Reserved a 24' truck on-line to pick up at the Budget location in Bridgeview, Ill. The morning on the day before we were to pick the truck up, they called and said, we don't have a truck for you to pick up tomorrow, its in Wisconsin and it wont be back anytime soon. We then asked if they had a 16' available. They told us, we might, but we cannot guarantee it, so we might have one or might not, sorry there is not anything we can do. This is absolutely ridiculous, that Budget, and they are NOT the only ones that screw people over with pricing, reservations and hidden language in contracts, that they really don't care. Regardless if you have a reservation confirmation or not. And they really don't try to help you out in any way. They over book trucks for maximum profit, and I get that, they are trying to make money, however, they should STILL HONOR reservations and try to do something for the customer.
