Reservation was cancelled!

I booked a room via Hoteling. Everything was fine, I even received a confirmation email. But they actually cancelled my reservation and didn’t even tell me about it! I discovered that when I arrived at the hotel! What was my surprise! I was alone in a foreign country abandoned on the street! I contacted customer service and complaint, and they told that everything will be fine, but I have to pay again! And they never mentioned anything about giving my money back! I had a child with me so I had no other choice and paid again. But now I want my money back! These thieves won’t get away with this!
