I was given an 877 phone number to call to talk to the "advanced team" where I would be assigned a specialist who would walk me through everything step by step. My specialist took me step by step through the ringer! Within 5 min he asked me for my credit score, asked me how many credit cards I have and wanted to know the amounts owed on each and the available balance on each. He asked for the last 4 of my soc sec #. Then he told me to get on my computer while i still had him on the phone and to go to the website Chase.com. He wanted me to fill in my information and apply for a credit card!! I hung up on him and will be contacting my bank tomorrow!
