In the year 2017 august I bought hyundai elite I 20 car from trident hyundai which is located in old airport rd, bangalore. I got this elite I 20 car on exchange of maruti baleno 2006 model. Till date the car which was sold from my end (maruti baleno) is in my name as it is not transferred yet. I have reported this many times with trident people but I can see the people are so lethargic, they say they will get back to me by checking the status but no calls & if I call there is no response. As on today 21-01-2019 when I check in this url "https://vahan.nic.in/nrservices/faces/user/jsp/SearchStatus.jsp" also I see the vehicle in my name. We depend on hyundai purely because they are good in the market with before sale & after sale. Because of these incidents we lose hope on hyundai.
