Request denied because KB said that they already ordered the items we picked for the house. I dont think so because the following day Feb 15 was declared a lockdown due to the pandemic. Consequently, the house that they promised to build in April was not built until Sept or Oct. and now bought by a new buyer. Additionally, they can return the items or use it for another owner. User's recommendation: Make sure to clarify the sales contract & ask questions.
