I requested a copy of my eye test prescription emailed to me, and was told we cant send it today because the person who sends out the emails is not in today, but they will send it to you tomorrow. I cant understand or believe that in this day and age, nobody else can send a copy of my prescription!!! User's recommendation: Very unhelpful.
