Hello Sir/Madam, Please activate my mobile no 613794**** as soon as possible. For last 4 months, I was in India and didn’t use the service. In fast, I used the virgin internet. After that, I cancelled my internet account and returned the wife rotor/modem. But still I was charged for the modem fees. Some adjustments need to be made in my bill. I will call you later to make adjustments in my bill and pay the remaining amount. Thanks Guru prasad
