Hello, My wife and I paid off our Citizens One loan back in November of 2020. Our vehicle is a 2015 Ford Edge and the Vehicle ID # is 2FMTK4K92FBB30228. The plate number is IC88PJ. We would like to have our title released to us as soon as possible. Please let us know what we need to do to get the title processed to us. I have a case # of S6705**** that was logged on 1/24/21.
