Dear Sir, I had purchased a SONY 43X8000G LED SET TV on dated 22/09/2019 from Great Eastern Grading Co., Kanchrapara, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal with 2 Year Warranty. The Bill of above purchased is attached herewith. My TV display suddenly blank during watching a shown. Accordingly, I was called SONY customer care and describe about problem occur in TV but they had told SONY given 1-year Warranty only and finally launched service request (5153****) after so many arguments. After launching service request approx.1month ago after several pursue, Subrato Roy, Technician visiting on dated 30 OCT-2020 and told that you have broken the TV without listening anything. I have told him how you known that i have broken the TV. Mr. Roy told me I have worked for 14 years in SONY so that I know. After 2 hours a SONY representative S Halder from Unique Service, Krishnanager, Nadia, West Bengal call me and repeat same thing you have broken the TV. I asked him how you known that I have broken the TV. They told me you have any evidence like video that proved you have not broken the TV and finally gives cost estimate of Rs. 23000/- for repairing display of my TV. I like SONY brand and I have many products. I, therefore, requested you to repair my TV with proper care of Customer.
