Representatives are professional and courteous

Guys, I don’t know about your experience, however, my expectations were overly met. First off, I always came across poor bank services when I waited for hours to receive a call back, and stayed hours in the queues. This bank impressed me with a prompt and courteous approach to treating busy clients. I called the bank and told them that I needed to reissue the card within 20 minutes, as I had a break-time. The representative assured me that I could come now and would be released even faster. Upon entering their branch, I was escorted to a cabin where my card was reissued within a few minutes only. You know what? If I came to my ex-bank, I would wait hours in the queue because there were no free operators. Thank you a lot!

It seems to me that the employees are unhappy with the fact that they work there, every time I come to solve some issues, they always look upset and unfriendly.
