In March 2921 I contacted Consumer Cellular about the possibility of signing up with them (I was with Great Call). The Consumer Cellular representative promised me that if In signed on with Consumer Cellular I would receive a $50.00 credit on my first five bills ($10.00 credit per bill). When I received my first bill there was no credit applied and I was told that the rep made a mistake.(Not tolerable) User's recommendation: Don't trust everything you hear!!
