Reporting bullying customers for payment by Larry on Woodruff Road

I have had this storage for quite a while. I received a call from the assistant manager and told him that I would bring $200 in today. The manager, Larry, called me back and told me that if I did not have the full $451, an additional late fee would be added to the account. I paid my bill in March but they bill by the number of days evidently because Larry said that I was 35 days late. During this pandemic, the assistant manager was apathetic but that Larry was all about the money. I am a retired educator and I cannot supplement my income with substituting. I really felt pressured to make a payment today. Thanks for getting this response to the proper authorities and I will make sure on my end.
