Reported faulty DEFY fridge and still not attended

I reported a faulty DEFY fridge on the 22nd of April 2021. Till today no technician has come to fix it. I have been promised that a technician by the name of VUYANI will come out. To this day 7th May 2021, no one has come and when I contact the call center they say they can't reach the technician. This is totally unacceptable!! This fridge is new, it was only purchased on the 18th March 2021. I am disgusted by this kind of service that I receive from this supplier.
