Wanted to know what type of plastic the lens of their puff light fixture was made of so it could be successfully modified for another application. Called their customer service at 1-80*-***-****. Lady answering phone didn't know but took my number and said she'd find out and call me. She called within 15 minutes saying it was made of "injection molded PVC" - exactly what I needed to know.
