Replacement policy is a joke

I ordered from nature Hills Nursery two trees one of which died and after a while they agreed to give me a credit for that item. They refuse to pay for shipping the second item so they want to charge me $20 to ship a new item when it wasn't my fault that the first one died. And although I want the same item I said that I would buy something cheaper and was informed that I cannot use my credit for shipping. So their credit policy four items that don't make it is just another Ploy so they can make more money on shipping because they exaggerate the shipping price so much that it covers the cost of the plant. I have a $59 credit that I'm never going to be able to use because I refuse to pay an additional $20. Since I already paid for shipping once that would put my cost for this plant over $100. Very disappointed in their customer service and there policies that are geared only for the company not the customer.
