Hello, I bought this product on amazon in August 2019, and I use it on a regular basis. I find this product excellent, and clearly meets my expectations. Unfortunately, yesterday it stopped working due to a worn-out part. Specifically, the plastic part in the power base that makes the blades spin. I don't have an option to attach a photo in this message, but I'm more than happy to do so if you need it.
