I purchased a Florence 7 pc set from Wayfair and I called the to order a Cushion Casing as shown in the attachment at the bottom of the page. Wayfair stated I needed to call the Manufacture TK Classica customer service @ 916-209-****. I called left messages, I called no answers. I emailed nothing. I need to replace the cushion casing that hold all the filler for the cushion. Measurements are 13.5H x 26.5W please.
