Replacement Hotspot Device

I purchased a ZTE hotspot through Sprint. After some use the battery exploded. I was advised to send it back to ZTE and they sent me another device. The replacement device they sent me was not configured for Sprint but for Dish Network. I called ZTE and they told me to call Boost Mobile as they could probably unlock the device and give me a code to give to Sprint so they could activate it. This is beyond ridiculs! User's recommendation: Stay Away their products are crap and so is their customer service!
