This is not a complaint. We purchase 2 cylinder glass lights for our bathroom a few years ago. One of the glass shades slipped off and broke into pieces. We love these lights and we went back to Meneards where we purchased it to see if we could order another glass shade. They told us to contact Patriot. We have been to several Menard stores in hopes that we would see the light and just buy another one, but we have not found the light anywhere. I am hoping that you will be able to help me in replacing this glass shade or entire light. I would send you a picture of it but not sure I can send it in this format.
